A Dream Journal

I'd tried and failed several times to keep diaries of my day to day life but every time I made an entry, I felt I was simply repeating myself as it was all stuff I'd just already done and said. I have a knack for remembering my dreams so it came to me as the perfect hobby to try and remember my dreams and write them down the best I could. Dreams have always interested me and considering we spend much of our lives sleeping, I find it'd be a shame to forget all that time, strolling in our own subconscious.
Here is my dream journal, remembered the best I can, for your enjoyment and consideration.
(Please don't be worried by the relatively old dates in the titles of the posts. The journal is originally on paper and I'm currently typing it all up, posting it progressively from oldest to newest. This blog is still very much alive!)

Night of October 22-23, 2009

I remember sort of being in a Fallout 3-type universe. I was with maybe half a dozen companions and we were going through a big facility (think Enclave base) and its bunkers. Unlike in Fallout 3, I don't think the setting was post-apocalyptic but otherwise there were plenty of similarities. As we cleared through the barracks, the lower we got in physical level, the harder the enemies became. At the end there were eight large red monsters which sort of looked like Deathclaws with huge wings. After we killed them, we stood around for a second to rest. The ceiling and walls had holes in them and large versions of house and garden spiders would go between them. One, on the ceiling, seemed to go at me and I was so scared, I used the large Gatling gun-type weapon I had to kill it. Some of my companions were disappointed and felt sorry for it but I didn't care. I was so scared, I woke up. It was a fun dream turned to nightmare...
